The high deserts of Far West Texas enliven each moment marked by footsteps on the trail, evenings around tables and late nights surrounding campfires. It's around these that we gather our thoughts and emotions, recount adventures of the day and yearn for the dreams of tomorrow.

Blend of brisket, ribeye, and grass-fed chuck (1/3 pound patty) topped with bacon, fried or smothered onions, aged cheddar cheese, barbecue and house sauces.


Smoked Brisket

Grass-fed beef from the country's best ranches and low-and-slow smoked to perfection by local pitmasters for your pleasure.
